For publication of RCIS 2011 best papers as extended versions in IJISMD

Authors of RCIS 2011 best papers that will be selected to be published as extended versions in IJISMD have to consider the following:

1. to create a new original title, abstract and concluding section (perhaps to change/extend an introductory section).
   
   
2. If these modifications are done, then the remaining part of IJISMD submission must contain at least 50% extended/modified material.

Indeed the publisher (IGI Global) requires that every manuscript must be an original work - in other words, it must not have the same wording or formatting as another previously published paper.
