The price of a ticket for the conference dinner is 20€. Attendees can buy more than one ticket. The conference dinner will be held on May 17th. The dinner will consist of typical Valencian food in one of the most beautiful places of the city.

The organization has reserved affordable rooms for attendees at Hotel Beatriz Rey Don Jaime. The price is 81€ for a single or double room.

Reservations must be made in the Online Registration Form in section Registration Process. Otherwise, we cannot ensure the prize of 81€ per room

Regular registration fee includes:

• Admission to all scientific sessions
• Daily coffee breaks
• Daily lunches
• Conference badge and kit
• Welcome cocktail on 16th

• Grupo Pacífico will not accept telephone reservations.
• Registration must be done filling the Registration & Accommodation form. One form per person.
• All payments must be made in Euros (€).No confirmation will be sent until Grupo Pacífico has received the full payment.
• Grupo Pacífico has block-booked some rooms and advises all participants to send their reservations as soon as possible to guarantee accommodation (before April 15th, 2012). Rooms will be assigned on a first come first-served basis.
• Hotel reservations and prices are limited to the congress dates (arrival 15 and departure 18 May 2012). For extra nights, please contact Grupo Pacífico.
• Once Grupo Pacífico checks the accepted payments have arrived, the participant receives the confirmation voucher. Please, check carefully this confirmation voucher. In case the selected hotel is fully booked, Grupo Pacífico will book a room in an available similar hotel.

• In order to be considered all cancellations must be submitted in writing to rcis2012@pacifico-meetings.com
• Cancellations received before February 23rd, 2012: all amount will be refunded except 50€ as cancellation expenses.
• Cancellations received between February 23rd and March 31st 2012: 70% refund.
• Cancellations received after March 31st, 2012: no refund.
