IEEE RCIS 2015
IEEE Ninth International Conference on Research Challenges in Information Science, May 13-15 2015, Athens, Greece
The goal of the series of International Conferences on Research Challenges in Information Science (RCIS) is to bring together scientists, researchers, engineers and practitioners from a wide range of information science fields and provide opportunities for knowledge sharing and dissemination. RCIS 2015 will continue paying attention to traditional topics at the conference; in addition, the special theme of Information is all around us will play a special role this year.

While presenting research findings and state-of-art solutions, you are especially invited to share experiences on new research challenges.

High quality papers in all information science areas are solicited. Original papers exploring research challenges will receive especially careful interest from reviewers. Papers that have already been accepted or are currently under review for other conferences or journals will not be considered for publication at RCIS 2015.

JOURNALS Authors of papers that obtained the highest marks in the reviewing process will be invited to submit an extended version to special issues of journals including the International Journal of Information System Modeling and Design (IGI).

IEEE RCIS 2015 will have a panel of events with keynote talks, papers, posters, demos, tutorials and doctoral consortium.
Proceedings will be published by IEEE (ISBN #978-1-4673-6630-4 in IEEE Xprore)
