Early-bird registrations are accepted up until April 30, 2023.
Every paper in the main conference (either full or forum) must have at least one paid full regular registration before April 6, 2023.
Every paper in the doctoral consortium must have a paid full student registration before April 6, 2023.
Every journal first paper must have a paid full registration before April 6, 2023.
Every research project paper must have a paid full regular registration before April 22, 2023.
Every participant at the tutorials must have a paid full regular registration before April 22, 2023.
If you register as student, you must send a scanned copy of a valid student document (Enrollment document, Valid student card, etc) at most one week after the registration to: rcis2023@ionio.gr
If you have to cancel the registration before April 30, 2023, providing that you are not the author registered for a paper, you will receive 70% of the registration fee back. Cancellations are not possible after that date. The registered person can however be replaced without penalties until a week before the conference. In this case, please contact the local organizer as soon as possible at: rcis2023@ionio.gr
Participation is not guaranteed until full payment of the registration fee is received.
Payments will be refunded in the unlikely event that the conference is cancelled by the organiser. In that case, the organiser will have no further liability to the client.
